Component 2: Management and coordination

The project management and coordination structure takes into account the composition of the consortium, the experience of consortium members as well as specific needs of the project. The coordinator, CORILA, is responsible for the overall management of the project, it is the legal entity acting as intermediary between the participants and the European Commission and is responsible for all contractual matters. An experienced Project Coordinator supported by an adequate staff, which include also administrative personnel, will follow the implementation of the project. The lead partner will also liaise closely with the project partners ensuring the correct administrative and financial running of the project.

In addition, as coordinator, CORILA will ensure that all deliverables and the technical, administrative and financial progress reports will be provided to an appropriate level of quality and in a timely manner during all the duration of the project.
